Kanban Management Professional

I’ve earned the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification from Kanban University.

To achieve this certification, I completed two key courses:

1. Kanban System Design (KSD): This course provided me with the fundamentals of the Kanban Method. I learned how to design effective Kanban systems using the STATIK approach, improving team visibility and collaboration. Additionally, I understood how “Pull” systems help reduce overload and how metrics like Lead Time and Cumulative Flow Diagrams support continuous improvement.
2. Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI): In this course, I gained the ability to scale connected systems and optimize them through evolutionary changes. I learned how to identify and manage delays, variability, and bottlenecks in workflows, using key metrics to drive improvements.

This certification lets me implement more effective agile practices and improve how I manage projects. I’m excited to apply this knowledge to optimize workflow and boost my team’s efficiency.
